Harvest Golds Lentils cook very quickly and are well suited for delicate soups, as a base ingredient for dips, or even as a protein-booster in baked goods like cookies and cakes. Try them cooked in stir fry or as a quick side dish with a splash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a dash of salt and pepper, and chopped chives. Cooks in about 10 minutes.
These lentils are decorticated; that's just a fancy way of saying they have had their skins removed.
